1. Introduction
Ye Terms & Conditions aapke aur hamari company ke beech ek legal agreement hai. Hamare products aur services istemal karne se, aap in sharton ko maan ne ke liye tayar hain.

2. Products & Services

• Hum high-quality mini DJ trolleys, mini speaker sets, aur tractor modification services provide karte hain.
• Products aur services ki specifications pehle se batayi jati hain, aur customer ki demand ke mutabiq customization bhi kiya ja sakta hai.

3. Order & Payment

• Har order advance payment ya full payment par based hoga.
• Payment cash, bank transfer ya UPI ke zariye kiya ja sakta hai.
• Order confirm hone ke baad cancellation ya refund ka option nahi hoga, sirf specific conditions me exchange ya repair ki suvidha di jayegi.

4. Delivery & Installation

• Products ki delivery aur installation ka samay customer se discuss kiya jayega.
• Agar koi delay hota hai toh customer ko notify kiya jayega.
• Delivery charges alag se lagu ho sakte hain, jo ki location ke mutabiq decide kiya jayega.

5. Warranty & Repairs

• Mini DJ trolley aur speaker sets par limited warranty milegi jo sirf manufacturing defects cover karegi.
• Tractor modification ke liye warranty specific parts par di ja sakti hai, jo installation ke waqt discuss kiya jayega.
• Warranty me accidental damage ya rough use cover nahi hoga.

6. Returns & Exchange

• Sirf defective ya damaged product ki case me exchange ya repair ka option hoga.
• Exchange policy sirf tab lagu hogi jab product bina kisi damage ke wapas kiya jaye.

7. Liability Limitation

• Hum kisi bhi tarah ke indirect ya accidental damage ke liye zimmedar nahi honge jo product ke istemal se ho sakta hai.
• Customer ki responsibility hai ki product ka sahi tareeke se istemal karein.

8. Privacy Policy

• Customer ka data aur personal information surakshit rakha jayega aur kisi bhi third party ke sath bina permission share nahi kiya jayega.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Agar kisi bhi tara ka vivaad hota hai to use suljhaane ki pehli koshish hum dono ke beech baat-cheet se ki jayegi.
• Agar fir bhi samasya sulajh nahi pati to legal tareeka apnaya jayega jisme hamara faisla antim hoga.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Company kisi bhi samay Terms & Conditions me changes kar sakti hai bina kisi prior notice ke.
